Heading is a form of Volleying, therefore we are very excited about this unique invention. The VK Header is “85 inches tall” (check with Sal). It teaches the art of heading with specific focus on the various types of heading.

They are:

1: Front Header with contact on the front of the forehead.

2: Side Flick Header Right and left side

3: The Flying Header

4: Back Header

This Teaches:

Jumping
Timing on the jump
Elevating and making proper contact
Hang time how to stay in the air a little longer
